the baby registry is an independent information service providing free help to parents in the UK. This site was created and is maintained by a group of new parents and filled with the kind of information we found helpful when we were starting out.

We can't tell you how to be perfect parents because we don't know any. But we can help you to get reliable facts straight from the experts and give you practical advice based on our experiences with our own families.

Of course you want the best for your baby. But remember, even with the best will in the world, you can't do everything. You need to decide what's worth worrying about and what isn't.

We aim to: -

• provide free support for pregnant mums, expectant dads and new parents in the UK, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• improve the way that important and useful information is distributed to parents
• help promote charities, support groups and non-profitable organisations that work hard to support parents and their families

If you work for a charity, support group or non-profitable organisation which aims to help parents and their families please get in touch.
